This multi-stage residential development begins with the subdivision of an existing corner allotment into three lots, creating the opportunity for two new duplex developments and a total of five dwellings across the completed site.

JB Designs is managing the project from subdivision through to the development applications and architectural design of the new duplexes. Each duplex has been planned in a 6x2x2 configuration, with a focus on efficient site planning, functionality and long-term residential appeal.

A modern contemporary architectural language ties the development together, creating a cohesive outcome across the new lots while giving each dwelling a clean and considered identity.
