Maitland Street, Kurri Kurri

This multi-dwelling housing project was designed to maximise the development potential of a compact 1,000m² site while maintaining a strong focus on functionality, privacy and liveability.

The proposal accommodates five two-storey residences, carefully arranged to make efficient use of the site without compromising the quality of the individual dwellings. Considered planning, circulation and private open space were key to resolving the challenges of the site.

A contemporary architectural approach gives the development a cohesive identity, balancing efficient residential density with comfortable, well-planned homes.
