This duplex development replaces the existing dwelling with a contemporary pair of attached homes designed to make efficient use of the site while providing comfortable, modern family living.

The project was developed through the Complying Development approval pathway, with the design carefully resolved around the relevant planning controls and site constraints.

A coastal-modern aesthetic defines the architecture, combining a light-toned exterior palette with warm oak-look finishes and relaxed coastal detailing throughout the interiors. The result is a fresh, cohesive design with a bright and welcoming residential character.
